To set up your custom subdomain with goddady for blogger go to your Godaddy account. In the control panel click on launch button in the domains (Products) section.
In the organise section click on your custom url to edit your domain details.
In the DNS Zone File tab of setting page click on Edit button.
In the zone file editor go to CNAME (Alias) section go to quick add button below this table.
and add the name of your subdomain (eg. hello.yourdomain.com) in the first field i.e alias field and ghs.google.com in the host field
After editing this zone click on save this zone section.
Now set up this subdomain with your blogger blog by entering the full value i.e. www.hello.yourdomain.com.
After saving your custom subdomain again click on Edit button of Blog address setting and check the check-box to redirect hello.yourdomain.com to www.hello.yourdomain.com. For advance setup about forwarding and redirecting naked url of domain or subdomain, you can learn here:

This subdomain will start to work within 48 hours.
